Salder manufactures technical synthetic leather at its facility in Hayrabolu Organized Industrial Zone, Turkey. Material development, manufacturing and quality assessment are treated as parts of one connected process.
Upholstery, marine, automotive, healthcare, accessories and sports applications each place different demands on a material. Salder carries out synthetic leather manufacturing under Pala Suni Dericilik. Nylex is Pala Suni Dericilik’s international synthetic leather brand. Manufacturing at the factory and the international presentation of collections sit within this company and brand structure.
Our current corporate figures state a daily production capacity of 40,000 metres and an installed rooftop solar capacity of 1,071 kW. Product development, coating, finishing and quality control are carried out through an integrated manufacturing approach at the Hayrabolu facility.
